- Looking forward to with joy, pride, curiosity, and a bit concert to my daughter’s high school Graduation in May
- Have a morning routine that I am happy with so far – warm water with lemon, meditation, morning pages, inspirational or motivation book reading, short stretch session. Sun in my eyes as soon as possible (or artificial light since my wake up is around 5.30 – 5.45am). Wait to drink first cup of coffee at least 40 min (via multiple podcasts but mainly Andrew Huberman ↗️
- enjoying fresh flowers in a vase at all times
- taking supplements (Omega, D, B-complex, C, Ginko, Zink + Magnesium and 5-HTP before bed)
- taking pictures with Canon R6 Mark II
- continue filming 1SE almost every day
- Reading 3+ books at the same time ↗️

- how to increase and sustain energy level throughout the day
- speed reading with exercises from the book on learning *speed reading – Breakthrough Rapid Reading by Peter Kump↗️ and practicing Shulte tables↗️ daily
- AI image generation – online class

- Health and stamina. Want to work out more and develop, set routine for regular exercises, so in 10 years from now it will still be routine
- Personal development and aquiring skills of relevant sorts. Get more in touch with trends as AI, Data analytics
- Metaphysics, Tarot cards, oracle cards – get in touch with spirituality and explore manifestation
- Social connections – develop friendships, connect with people, help, ask, be curious
